If the traditional direct-cooling refrigerator is not cleaned in time, icing and frosting will occur, which will affect our experience. This is one of the main reasons why frost-free air-cooled refrigerators can quickly occupy most of the market share in a short period of time after their appearance.

Direct cooling refrigerators often freeze. The main reason is that there is a large amount of moisture in the refrigerator, and the refrigerator fails to discharge the moisture in time. This moisture is condensed on the very low temperature condensing plate, and finally formed the cold storage room we see. Ice frost phenomenon.

There are many reasons for the high moisture in the refrigerator, let's break them one by one.

Refrigerator drain is blocked

This is the most common problem that causes the refrigerator to have poor cooling effect and easy to freeze.

There are actually three reasons for the clogging of the water outlet. One is that the temperature of the refrigerator compartment is set too low, which causes the water outlet to be frozen; the second is that the residue or foreign matter inside the refrigerator falls into the drain, causing the drain of the refrigerator. Failure; the last one is because the bacteria in the refrigerator multiply at the water outlet and form a colony to block the drain.

These three reasons seem to be very troublesome, but in fact they are not difficult to deal with. The suitable temperature of the refrigerator compartment is 4-8℃. If it is set too low, it will consume electricity on the one hand, and on the other hand, it will also cause the food in the refrigerator compartment to freeze, so just set the refrigerator compartment temperature Between 4-8°C, basically this manifestation rarely occurs.

If there are no more bacterial clusters at the drain port, it means that the drain port is probably blocked by the food residue falling into it. In this case, we use an air pump to insert the hose into the drain port and force it toward the drain port. One can cheer up. The strong air pressure formed by the pump will push out the foreign objects in the drain pipe. After pumping the air, we can also use the method of injecting water into the drain to check whether it is effective.

The refrigerator door seal is not tightly sealed

When the refrigerator has been used for a long time, the soft door suction strip of the refrigerator is likely to be aging, or foreign matter is stained on the refrigerator door suction strip, which causes the overall sealing performance of the refrigerator to decrease, and external humid air can enter the refrigerator, causing the refrigerator The phenomenon of icing and frost appears.
