The noise of supermarket freezers mainly occurs in the thermal expansion and cooling contraction of compressors, evaporators and condensers, friction or resonance between pipelines, pipeline activities of refrigerants, and uneven vibration of refrigerants. If you use the supermarket freezer for a long time, there will be many small faults, and sometimes the noise will be very loud when using the freezer. Why?

1. Compressor noise source
1. Suction valve and exhaust valve inside the compressor; when starting up, each system switches about 47 times per second. In addition, the system constantly collides with nearby parts, creating a humming noise.

2. When the compressor is running, it is best not to have a gap between the components. Because when the freezer is working, the gap between the parts may cause some parts to collide with each other. Especially when the operation is interrupted, the force of the compressor parts changes greatly, and it is easy to generate loud noise.

3. Fluid noise. The working process of the compressor is the process of continuous suction and exhaust. When the pressure generated by the refrigerant gas suctioned or discharged by the compressor suddenly changes, vibration sound will be generated.

4. Electromagnetic sound produced by the built-in motor.

5. The compressor body is suspended or supported by three springs on the shell. When the compressor starts or stops running, the body sometimes hits the chassis to make a sound, which lasts for a shorter period of time.

6. The refrigerant in the supermarket freezer circulates in the refrigerant, especially when passing through the evaporator, the water flow occurs. If this sound is not heard when the freezer is running, the evaporator is not cooling and the condenser is not hot, then the freezer is defective.
