1. Improper adjustment of refrigeration expansion valve and overflow valve, excessive adjustment of refrigerant in the system, presence of air in the cooling system, poor sealing of valve plate parts, wear of compressor cylinder liner piston, etc.
2. The high-pressure output buffer tube in the compressor is damaged, the screw fixing this tube is loose, the high-pressure tube does not exhaust, and the low-pressure tube does not suction, so the compressor works, but does not cool.
3. The refrigerant leaks, and the refrigerant is completely gone. The compressor runs, but the system has no refrigerant and absorbs heat through evaporation, so the temperature of the freezer will not drop.
4. The capillary is blocked, the refrigerant evaporates on the evaporator, does not enter the heat absorption, and the temperature of the freezer does not drop.
5. Due to brazing or improper use of the freezer, the refrigeration system has leakage points. The refrigerant in the freezer in the refrigeration system is completely lost within a certain period of time and cannot be cooled.
6. Confirm whether the freezer uses the correct gear. Different gears will affect the power consumption and temperature of the freezer.
