In the use of modern beer barrel refrigeration equipment, ensuring uniform refrigeration effect is the key to improving product quality and user experience. In response to the problem of uneven refrigeration, the first thing is to do is to conduct a comprehensive inspection and evaluation of the air circulation system inside the equipment. Most beer barrel refrigeration equipment adopts air-cooled circulation refrigeration technology, and the air generated by the evaporator is evenly distributed to all corners of the refrigeration chamber through a cold air fan. However, if the fan is operating abnormally, the air duct is blocked, or the air wheel is accumulated too much dust, it will lead to uneven distribution of the air conditioner and create a significant temperature difference area.

When troubleshooting, you should first cut off the power supply of the equipment, then remove the internal air duct protection cover, and carefully check the operation of the fan. Ensure that the fan blades are free of dust and the connection wire is firm. If there is any problem with the fan, it is necessary to remove dust, lubricate or replace the fan components in time. If the fan is normal but the refrigeration effect is still not ideal, it is necessary to further analyze whether the air duct design has structural defects such as poor return air or short-circuit airflow. Due to the unreasonable layout of the air ducts, some low-quality products have cold air concentrated on one side, resulting in a significant reduction in the cooling efficiency of the other side. In this regard, optimizing the air duct design or adding auxiliary fans to improve air circulation will be an effective solution.

In addition to the fan problem, icing of the evaporator is also an important factor that causes uneven refrigeration. The freezing of the evaporator will hinder the flow of cold air, resulting in the fact that the cold air can only be released locally, thus forming a cold and hot layering phenomenon inside the equipment. At this time, the normal operation of the defrost system should be checked, including automatic defrost control module, defrost heater, temperature control probe and time relay for any faults. If the defrost system is found to work poorly, the defrost or calibrate the position of the temperature control probe in time to ensure that it can accurately sense the surface temperature of the evaporator and trigger the melting operation in time. In addition, it is also necessary to regularly clean the drainage pipes to prevent the defrost water from flowing back and freezing, which will affect the normal dispersion of the air conditioner.

Errors in temperature control systems can also lead to temperature imbalance, especially in equipment that adopt a single-point temperature sensing design. If the temperature control probe position is not set properly, such as close to the evaporator or door, it will not accurately reflect the overall temperature distribution, which may lead to frequent start and stop of the compressor and severe temperature fluctuations. Therefore, it is recommended to install the temperature control probe in the middle of the interior of the equipment, away from the air outlet and heat source, to improve the accuracy of overall temperature control. For higher-end beer barrel refrigeration equipment, it is recommended to adopt a multi-point temperature sensing system to monitor the temperature in different areas through multiple sensors, and realize the linkage adjustment between the fan and the compressor through intelligent control logic to maintain the balanced distribution of temperature.

In addition, the way users use it will also affect the uniformity of the refrigeration effect. If the beer barrel is placed too densely or close to the back air duct, it will hinder the flow of the air conditioner and cause poor cooling in some areas. Therefore, it is recommended that users maintain appropriate spacing when placing beer barrels, reserve at least 5 to 8 cm of air circulation space to avoid stacking and sealing air outlets or exhaust passages. When the equipment is fully loaded, if the cooling speed is needed, the fast cooling mode can be turned on for a short time and the internal circulation fan can be activated to promote the rapid diffusion of the air conditioner and return to normal operation mode after the temperature is stable.
